I am an artist working from my home and at my studio in the Canton Arts District.

I love working in oils using thick paint and expressive visible brush strokes.    I also enjoy alla prima portraits and palette knife painting.  I love colorful florals, figures and  faces.    A subject near and dear to my heart is and always has been animals and horses in particular.  I sell a portion of my art for ‘Save A Face’ helping rescues by networking with rescue groups on facebook.   I am the owner of 4 dogs, 1 cat and 5 horses- most were rescue animals so this project grew out of my desire to ‘save them all’.   Since my barn and home is bursting I paint the faces that captivate those of us who like to rescue!

I take pet portrait commissions on a limited basis.  I often have a waiting list but feel free to contact me and I can tell you approx. what the wait time will be.   I’ve built my business by repeat customers and referrals so strive to create something spectacular for you!
