Equine Art

I have had a lifelong obsession with this beautiful creature!  Horses are a favorite subject of mine!  My medium of preference is oil paint.  I love painting alla prima with thick luscious oil paint!  I also appreciate the durability of oil paintings and the richness of the colors.  I paint from my heart and my inspiration is often found in the animals I love and interesting faces of all kinds.  I developed this site to showcase my art which varies from detailed realistic to loose and initiative to abstract and colorful!  I hope you spend some time to see what is offered here.  I also welcome reader submitted informative articles, product reviews and rescue stories.
